淘气的孩子
你小时候是一个淘气的孩子吗？

儿子：“爸爸，我有一个问题。”
父亲：“什么问题？”
儿子：“你有几个名字？”
父亲：“我只有一个名字呀！”
儿子：“不要骗我！你不是还有一个名字，叫‘淘气’吗？”
父亲：“淘气？谁说的？”
儿子：“今天上课的时候，老师在同学面前说我是‘淘气’的孩子。”

“只”，副词，表示除此以外没有别的。
“只” is an adverb and means only and nothing else.

不是……吗？
haven’t you?

“不是……吗？”用否定的形式发问，一般是对已知的信息进行询问，希望得到肯定的回答。
“不是……吗？” raises questions in a negative way. Usually, it is used to inquire about known information when a positive answer is expected.
你不是还有一个名字，叫“淘气”吗？
You’ve got another name Naughty, haven’t you?
